Jason Pulley studied Theater at the University of Maine-Orono. He met the love of his life and, better half of dKC, in his hometown and the two of them have been tackling life together, circa 2014. As a novice blogger/writer, Jason is following the guidance of Nikky’s journalistic expertise. Jason’s love of sports, music, pop culture and plant-based living will fuel the reasonable rhetoric and musings for your everyday.

Nikky Raney has had a life-long passion for writing. As a junior in high school, she helped create the largest student-run broadsheet newspaper in New England. She continued to follow her passion into college where she got her Bachelors Degree of Science in Communications with a Concentration in Print & Web Media. Nikky worked as an Early Childhood Educator in her hometown after college and has worked closely with children as a preschool teacher, babysitter, and even a nanny running her own summer camp! While working as an educator has been so good for the soul – it was time to go back and pursue her true passion of writing. Nikky moved down South with her fiancé to pursue their respective passions and make dreams come true. Thank you for coming along for the journey.
